How to Request a Return or Replacement

  2. Approval
    We will review your request and inform you of the approval status. If approved, we will share the return process details.

  3. Return Shipping
    For approved returns, ship the item to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Replacement 
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the approval of your replacement as per our policy.
